Notice is hereby given that the Galt Joint Union High School District is accepting applications from interested citizens to fill vacancies on the district’s independent oversight committee with respect to its general obligation bonds, known as Measure E. The committee consists of seven members who meet, review, and report on expenditures of funds to ensure money is used only for voter-approved purchases. Interested persons may obtain an application form at the District Office, located at 12945 Marengo Road, CA, or download an application from the district’s website at www.ghsd.us.  Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2020.
