Although limited on time due to the short 12:15 day, the students managed to configure and update well over 70 computers, assisted in troubleshooting multiple Help Desk requests, and completely wired three laptop carts. According to IT, the pace at which they were working and the consistent focus being demonstrated was highly professional!
